The latest offering from ScandInvent, this innovative saw will increase your shops production and bottom line. In fully automatic mode, the control utilizes CAD files to produce the cuts automatically, through a custom, intuitive CAM program. The software allows the actual slabs to be cut to be photographed and imported into the CAD program, where the cut pieces are arranged on the actual slab. The images can then be printed for the customer’s final approval. This very useful feature will significantly reduce reworks caused by pattern mismatching, fissures, anomalies, etc. in the stone! Edgetec 3500 - Straight Line Edge Machine
The EdgeTec 3500 is an automated edge polishing revolution! State of the art technology (and optimization) has resulted in a compact, high performance edge profiling and polishing machine. The EdgeTec 3500 is designed to be a very user-friendly, powerful, fully automated machine with fast automatic tool changer. The PLC control system and touch screen panel comes programmed with nine standard profiles, but it allows other kinds of shapes to be created too. Thin and narrow workpieces such as strips, borders, and backsplashes are easy to do with the optional back splash table. Large pieces are no problem with the self leveling side table.
